    Hilltops - Warm temperate. Central Ranges - Cool temperate.

  • Winemaking

    Both parcels picked separately in the cool of the night before going through separate individual natural fermentation with no added yeast. After fermentation, the wines were transferred to a range of oak formats for maturation. The Cabernet Sauvignon was primarily in small oak, and the Merlot were in large oak formats.

    This medium bodied wine is packed with rich fruit flavours of blackcurrant and blueberries. The palate is soft and smooth with a touch of vanilla. A well structured wine with velvet like tannins.
