The intention of taste @ cassegrain is to bring you an experience unlike any other in our region. Each season, our Chief Winemaker and our Head Chef craft a menu together, pairing wines that compliment and highlight each of their unique characteristics.
We are open Wednesday to Sunday, from 10:00am to 4:00pm, with the kitchen open from 11:30am to 2:30pm.
Upcoming dates which we are closed are the 19th of July, and 25th of December.
Bookings are essential.
Menu
Seating options are either seated at a table, or seated at a bar table on the terrace.
We are a dog friendly venue. You can either sit outside on the terrace with your dog on-leash next to you, or sit inside close to the front door with your dog leashed outside in the dog space.
Throughout the space is an art exhibition, featuring works by local artists.
Our menu includes Gluten Free, Vegetarian, and Vegan options. We can accommodate most dietary requirements.
Functions
We regularly host Degustation Dinners and functions. You can pre-purchase tickets to any of our upcoming Degustation Dinners, including our iconic quarterly ‘taste of the season’ dinner, with ‘taste of Spring’ being the next one.
