Seasons Summer Pinot Gris

The fruit was picked in the cool of the early morning, then brought to the winery before the sun had risen to maintain a stable and cool temperature throughout. When the grapes arrived, they were immediately gently pressed with precision to maintain the integrity of the grapes and retain the delicate colour and fresh flavours of the juice, and minimise tannins. Fermentation was in stainless steel tanks, to continue the retention of fresh flavours.
