• Winemaking

  This unique blend brings together Verdelho, Piquepoul Blanc, and Chardonnay, each sourced from different regions. Each variety was fermented separately to maximise its characteristics, allowing for a flexible blending process. The Chardonnay is unoaked, letting the complexity of the other varieties shine through. The result is a well-balanced wine, offering a layered yet easy-drinking experience that combines the best of three worlds, perfect for those seeking something outside the usual.

  Fruit-driven wine showcasing aromas from all the varieties. A touch of confectionery and spice from the Verdelho, citrus and acidity from the Piquepoul Blanc, and roundness and complexity from the Chardonnay. Savoury mid palate, crisp finish, and a hint of spice.
