  • Winemaking

    Similar to the 2023, the 2025 Syrah (Shiraz) was a bolder, fruitier style, complementing the Sangiovese which was elegant and bursting with flavour. This made the blend quite a full bodied style of wine and very much fruit driven. Each parcel was fermented and matured in oak separately for 10 months before being blended. The Sangiovese was matured in smaller oak whereas the Syrah was in larger oak, to manage the tannins and create space for the fruity style to shine.
