A curious blend of French style and Piedmont grape varities stemming from the Italian and French roots of the Cassegrain lineage. Red cherries, red currant and rose petal with vanilla notes. Medium bodied wine with fine tannins and oak playing a supportive role.
An exciting wine for us off the success of the 2018 and sourcing from Canberra - currently exhibits citrus aromatics, green apple and jasmine on the palette with a medium body. Over time we will see this wine evolve.
