  • Winemaking

    The fruit was selectively handpicked. Before fermentation, the fruit was split between stainless steel tanks and barrels, before maturing in 500L barrels for 9 months. To soften the complexity, 10% went through malolactic fermentation, ensuring the fresh fruit characters remained.

    This Chardonnay exhibits an elegant fruit aroma of rich tropical fruits. The palate is fresh, medium bodied and balanced by French Oak and a savoury mouth feel. This cool climate white truly showcases its regions of origin.
