The growing season for the 2021 vintage included heavy rainfall, and with this in mind the decision was made to bring forward picking. The parcels for the most part were fermented separately, however a percentage was kept aside to co-ferment and left on skins for an additional 5 months. Once pressed, the wine spent time in French oak casks of different sizes for 10-12 months.

Rich fruit flavours of blackcurrant and blueberries. The palate is soft and smooth with a touch of vanilla. A well structured wine with velvet like tannins.
