  34% Hilltops

• Winemaking

  Due to a shortage of Pinot Gris across New South Wales in 2023, we crafted a blend of 66% Murray Darling and 34% Hilltops.

  The Murray Darling parcel was pressed off skins at the site of the vineyard, to retain the intended style and colour during its journey to the Hastings River.

  We were able to receive the Hilltops and Central Ranges parcels as whole fruit, which were then pressed off skins at our winery.
