Tumbarumba - Cool temperate. Central Ranges - Cool temperate.
- Winemaking
This vintage blends Shiraz from Tumbarumba, handpicked for precision, and Cowra, picked during cooler nights for rich sugar development. A portion of Tumbarumba grapes underwent whole-bunch fermentation for added depth, while Cowra fruit was co-fermented with Viognier skins for extra complexity. From 13 months in both small barrels and large oak casks, the wine has gained depth and richness. This years vintage is reminiscent of our 2019 vintage.
