Stone Circle Premium Merlot

A number of parcels from across several regions harvested and fermented separately in closed stainless steel red fermenters. On completing of fermentation, the wine was pressed off skins then transferred to stainless steel vessels for the secondary malo-lactic fermentation. Once the malo-lactic fermentation was done, the wines were then transferred to French 225L barriques for a period of 10-16 months before being lended and bottled.

The palate is ripe and rich showing stewed red fruits finishing with a delicate rhubarb freshness. Juicy plum and berry fruit flavours with subtle oak characters.
