The unwooded chardonnay is a paler yellow compared to its wooded counterparts. Displaying aromatics of peach, melon and citrus fruits, to give it those lighter characteristics. Balanced by a unique mineral acidity that lingers on the palate.
The fermentation process occurs in refrigerated stainless steel tanks before bottling to preserve the fresh light chardonnay character.
