The deep red hue gives this medium bodied wine a striking presence, complimenting the delicate tannins. The fruit driven wine exhibits aromas of blueberry, capsicum and vanilla. It has been created to be a drink now wine.
This barrel-matured red wine features a naturally high acidity due to the cooler nights during the final growing stages. A mixture of 225L and 500L casks were used that created the soft tannins. Aged in oak for 12 months.
