Harvested early in the morning to preserve freshness, the grapes underwent 6 hours of skin contact, enhancing the vibrant flavour profile. Fermented cool for optimal expression, this Sauvignon Blanc offers bright, fresh notes. While stylistically similar to previous years, the shift to the Central Ranges has brought new regional nuances to this wine, showcasing its suitability for the variety.
