Seasons Summer Sauvignon Blanc

The 2022 vintage again was cooler, resulting in a delayed picking to allow a deeper flavour to develop in the fruit. Once picked, the fruit was gently pressed and fermented at a cool 15-16 degrees before being left on lees. This cooler fermentation and time on lees helped build complexity on the palate.

Full of fresh flavours and fragrant aromas of passionfruit, white peach, herbaceous characters, with hints of grapefruit and pear. Followed on the palate by a crisp acidity and medium bodied finish.
