Seasons Spring Rose

Made from Sangiovese, in a similar style to our 2022 Seasons Spring Rosé, the fruit was picked in the early morning. To gently extract colour from the skins, it was left on skins for 8 hours. The portion of the Sangiovese for this Rosé was gently pressed into a tank for cold settling. It was then racked and prepared for cool fermentation at 16ºC. The remaining Sangiovese was blended with Shiraz, for a future 2025 Syrah Sangiovese. Once fermentation was completed, the Rosé remain in tank until it was bottled.

Salmon pink colour, aromas of strawberry with a touch of cherry blossom. Light bodied, crisp, and savoury palate.
