  Murray Darling - Warm continental climate.

• Winemaking

  Was allowed 6 hours skin contact for colour before being pressed off skins at 580L per tonne. This was then allowed to settle before going into primary fermentation. The two separate Sangiovese parcels from two different regions were fermented separately before being blended post fermentation.

• Tasting Notes

  A gentle salmon pink colour with a hint of mauve. A light style wine with aromas of wild strawberries and red cherries on a crisp yet savoury palate.
