Technically speaking - this is a Botrytis Viognier.  With some simple googling, the story broadens, but the most important details are that its vibrant gold in colour, the nose exhibits intense apricot, mandarin and lime marmalade notes.  For those who like dessert wines / sweet wines / fortified wines - this will tick the box.  Yes - this is not fortified, and YES it carries it's own presence beautifully.

The flavours follow through a luscious palate which culminates into a lively tang of acidity.  Drink now or enjoy for a good long while. Eat with fruit-driven desserts and blue cheeses.
