The Viognier has a fine straw colour with green hues. Exhibiting elegant aromas of red apples, apricots and a hint of lemon. A medium bodied wine with a natural acidity displaying a beautifully balanced crisp finish.
Much like the previous few years, the growing season was cooler, allowing the fruit to develop a different flavour profile. Gently pressed and fermented cool in stainless steel tanks.
