A fine straw colour with green hues. Exhibiting elegant aromas of red apple, apricots, and an underlying hint of lemon A medium bodied wine with a natural acidity leads to a balanced and crisp white.
Fruit harvested during the cool night. The fruit was gently pressed, before a cool fermentation. Left on lees (yeast) to give more mouth feel as the wine was quite tight.
