  • Winemaking

    A careful blend of Chardonnay, Viognier and Sauvignon Blanc, the latter two varieties were fermented in stainless steel to retain those fresh fruit characters, whereas the Chardonnay was barrel fermented before oak maturation for 8 months.

  • Tasting Notes

    Chardonnay brings the complexity, Viognier the body and mouthfeel, and Sauvignon Blanc adds the crisp acidity for a wonderfully well-balanced wine. Tropical aromas, touch of oak, savoury mouth feel with crisp finish. Medium to full bodied.
