- Winemaking
A blend of Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir, this wine balances texture and structure. The Pinot Gris had eight hours of skin contact, enhancing complexity and contributing a slight blush colour. Picked in a fuller-bodied, savoury style, it blends seamlessly with the Pinot Noir, which adds depth and finesse. While we couldn’t co-ferment this year, the result mirrors the success of our 2019 Pinot Vierge, offering a nuanced and layered wine that is both refreshing and intriguing.
