A full flavoured wine, yet soft and elegant in structure. Showcasing sweet fruit, nutmeg, and dark sour cherry aromas. A robust medium bodied wine, with fine tannins detected and subtle oak present to the finish.
The 2021 vintage went through a relatively cool fermentation process to retain the freshness and fruit characters, with the natural yeast adding complexity. Naturally a high tannin wine, to soften the profile the wine was matured for 18 months in 500L French Oak barrels.
