Edition Noir Gewurztraminer

As it has been a decade since our last Gewürztraminer vintage, we wanted this wine to reflect the varietal characters synonymous with this variety. To achieve this, the fruit was picked in the very early hours of the morning, giving us enough time for them to arrive at our winery, and be gently pressed before sunrise. We chose a cool and slow ferment in stainless steel tanks, so the wine reflected the purest expression of the varieties flavours.
