Edition Noir Chardonnay

Delight in this Chardonnay's unexpected early harvest, capturing the essence of optimum flavour. The fruit was gently pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks before ageing in one-year-old French Puncheons. In order to gain additional subtle complexities and mouthfeel, a portion went through malolactic fermentation at this stage. This iteration maintains the beloved style of past vintages but adds a hint of seasonal magic—like capturing a perfect sunset in every bottle.
