The 2023 vintage was particularly favourable for reds, allowing for excellent flavour development in the Cabernet Franc.

The wine was fermented in stainless steel before being transferred to small oak barrels for maturation. Due to small volumes in the past Cabernet Franc was used in our reserve Falerne, however we earmarked a parcel to bring a single varietal for our members to enjoy.
