Seasons at Cassegrain
Welcome to Seasons. Seasonal produce is at the heart of our menu. By working with some of the best local producers we discover the incredible potential of our Mid North Coast produce to create French-inspired dishes. French cuisine is revered around the world and we take pride in plating the art of French culture + the beauty of our locale on your table .
The origin of harvestable produce is an expression of terroir. Terroir (pronounced ‘ter-wah’) is the
complete natural environment, including the soil, topography and climate, which give the produce
its unique characteristics. We hope you enjoy our expression of our locale and it’s terrioir. Our menu selection includes morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea options; or simply join us for a cheese platter or treat from our French inspired patisserie after a wine tasting in the Cassegrain cellar door.
