Our often frequented and popular Sparkling Red; made in the Traditional French Method – fermented in the bottle. This wine is bright ruby red with a distinctive cherry and blackcurrant nose. The palate shows a touch of yeast combined with the unique “funky” characters of Chambourcin. A little fruit sweetness and soft tannins on the finish result in a crisp and refreshing sparkling red wine.
Ideal for any celebration, enjoy with canapes or as a pre-dinner aperitif. Seems to be very popular around Christmas / holidays time – where we often get inundated for orders! Santa’s wine preference?
