2019 Edition Noir Shiraz Viognier

Rich with savoury, earthy dark fruits, rounded and medium-full bodied, with hints of apricots. The Shiraz and Viognier grapes were co-fermented in stainless steel tanks before being moved to French Oak barrels for maturing.

The 2019 Shiraz Viognier is the shining star of our new release wines. With its savoury full-bodied nature it will compliment warm winter dinners such as Beef Ragu or  for the more adventures food connoisseurs a traditional coq au vin.
