Once upon a time in Australian Viticulture,Pinot Noir and Shiraz were liberally blended. The wines were wonderful and paired perfectly with our local cuisine. Today, thankfully this beautiful style has earnt it's stage once again.
Australian Shiraz is great all year around but in winter it aids in justifying those longer meals well past the dinner table and into the lounge room. One straight Shiraz + three Shiraz blends showcase the adaptability of our Shiraz.
